We exist to change the way the world views waste materials.
Collecct was born out of a simple realization: if we are to move from linear waste streams to truly circular solutions, we must start with data and structure. When data becomes clear, everything changes.
A system that needed to be disrupted.
The waste management industry is full of knowledgeable players, but customers are often stuck in a situation of information asymmetry that makes improvement efforts nearly impossible. Digitalization is limited, and data is fragmented. What was needed was a player that dared to make data understandable and shift the power back to the customer—not as a vision, but as everyday reality—right here, right now.
How We Create Measurable Circularity
We help businesses manage their waste streams with precision.
Create a baseline
We standardize and organize all waste data. This provides a reliable starting point that enables effective management.
Give the customer control over the workflows
We distinguish between the different roles in the industry and put the material at the center. A waste management provider doesn’t have to be a one-size-fits-all solution for all residual materials. Our customers are transitioning from buyers of waste management services to sellers of resources.
Optimize each fraction in each flow
Our platform matches surplus materials with the recipient best suited to put them to further use. This creates circular loops in which resources retain their value and waste eventually disappears.
Our Philosophy
Materials first. Everything else second.
The industry is facing a paradigm shift: from “one waste management company handling everything” to multiple specialists doing what they do best. This requires a level of data quality, transparency, and governance that hasn’t existed—until now. No one else combines in-depth domain expertise, information architecture, and modern technology the way we do. That’s why we think differently.
To truly drive this change, we use AI to:
Extract data points from messy files
Create Automated Waste Management Plans
Suggest improvements based on actual workflows
Collecct is guided by the following principles, which shape every decision, every product choice, and every customer relationship:
Transparency as the Standard
Everything should be visible and understandable
Data-Driven Change
Emotions inspire.
Data guides
e Development Focused on the Customer
We build together with the people who use our tools
Circularity in Practice
Solutions must work in real-world workflows
Thoughtful Disruption
We challenge the system, not the people within it
Materials first. Circularity in practice.
Materials first. Circularity in practice.

Collecct is growing rapidly as our customers and the market come to realize what our collaboration and data-driven circularity make possible.
2019
The initial concepts are beginning to take shape, and wireframes and requirements documentation are being developed in the evenings and on weekends.
2021
The company is founded, and the first version reaches “proof of concept” status. Later in the year, the so-called “minimum viable product” (MVP) is released.
2022
The OrderApp has taken shape, and Collecct is gaining its first paying customers. Several pilot projects are underway. Revenue comes in at approximately 500 tkr.
2023
Shift toward larger companies and property owners. The need to compile waste data is growing. The company is raising 6 msek for continued expansion and now has revenue of 3.2 mkr.
2024
The platform is expanding in both functionality and form; the official launch of Waste Data marks the start of a new direction—and revenue of just under 3 MSEK. Customer acquisition gains momentum toward the end of the year.
2025
A strong influx of customers and the launch of Data Gathering. Collecct reaches 7.2 msek in revenue and continues to invest in partnerships for customer-driven development.
In addition, we have established partnerships in the areas of industrial symbiosis, waste management, sustainability reporting systems, and other tools for the real estate industry.
Today, our data is the driving force behind how our customers improve their workflows. And we’re just at the beginning of this journey.
It is the culture
that drives Collecct
We listen carefully, test quickly, and build for the long term. Traceability is part of our culture—transparency is our strength. We value people who:
thinking bigger than today's solutions
sees structure as an enabler
builds for long-term sustainability, not just for speed
wants to transform an entire industry, not just a single product
From Sweden to the World
Collecct is more than just a platform; it’s a model for how waste materials can be managed in a circular economy, globally. We started in Sweden, have now expanded to the Nordic region, and then to Europe. And from there, to markets where a new structure can make a huge difference from day one.
Our mission is clear: to manage, measure, and scale circularity in a way that transforms entire industries. For the environment. For the economy. For the future. We’re always looking for bright minds who want to help build that future. Does this sound like you, or would you like to know how we can help your company? Get in touch.
